The Green Party values your privacy

We never share any information we gather about you with anyone else, ever (except when we ask a third party to carry out Green Party purposes). Occasionally we allow other organisations to add their material to our mailouts, but that's all. All the information we gather is held securely and can only be accessed by officials of the Green Party on a need to know basis.

If you Join the Greens, our Parliamentary Mailing List form, subscribe to our email newsletters or contact a Green MP about a particular issue, we maintain a database of your contact details and interests. This is purely so that we can send you information on the subjects that interest you. All other information we gather is purely statistical and not individually identified.

You have the right to ask us what information we have gathered about you and to request changes. Currently you have to do this by email to both the Parliamentary Greens, green.party@parliament.govt.nz and the Green Party greenparty@greens.org.nz but in the near future you will be able to check and change your details yourself through this website.

We use cookies for automatic login to registered users areas of the site, but only if you request them. We use cookies in the shopping cart in the online shop. We use no other cookies anywhere else in the site.
